If you purchase a faulty products, we will offer you a replacement guarantee from the date you receive your product. NaughtyBits.com.au does not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of our products, however because of our top quality customer service, we will always try to keep our customers happy. We guarantee that the satisfaction will come from the use of the product that you purchase.
 
If the product you purchase is faulty, NaughtyBits.com.au will replace it with an identical product and If we cannot replace it with an identical product, we will offer you the choice of another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product less the cost of original shipping fee charged to you.

Please note: It is your responsibility as the customer to return the faulty product to us at your expense and NaughtyBits.com.au will not be held responsible for this. Your replacement product will be sent to you, at no charge within 15 working days from the date we receive your faulty product returned to us.

When you return your product, please make sure you provide the following details:

 Your full name
 Your order number
 Reason as to why you are returning the product
 A note advising us as to how you would like the issue resolved.

Include for us the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product as this will help us.

Before returning your product: 

Before you return your product to to us, we ask that you follow a simple testing procedure.

 Make sure that you have used the correct batteries (if required).
 Make sure you insert the batteries correctly.
 Try a new set of batteries.
 Make sure the connectors for the batteries are not wet or have any moisture on them.

If this all fails, then please return the product to the above returns address.

Refund Amount

Please also note that if you choose to have your order refunded, you will receive payment less charges incurred by Paypal Australia to transact your account if you have chosen to pay by Credit Card or Paypal. It is not our intention that you will need to be refunded and therefore we make no provision for fees and costs of our transaction provider.

Exchange of Products
