How to Order

Online by Credit Card:

  1. Please browse www.naughtybits.com.au to find the products that you are interested in. Add them to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button next to each product (you are able to remove them before you checkout if you wish). When you add an item to your cart you will be taken to the shopping cart which shows you what is in your cart.

    From this page, you may continue shopping, or proceed with your order by clicking on the "Checkout" button. You will then be prompted to select your shipping option.
     
  2. Once you are ready to make a purchase, click on the "Checkout" button on the shopping cart. You will then be asked to checkout as either an "existing customer" or "new customer". If you are a new customer, we will need to know your name and address (don't worry, this is for our eyes only) and you should enter an easy-to-remember password of your choice so you can save time when you shop with us in the future. Once you have filled in the details required, click the "Register" button.
     
  3. Then the checkout process begins with the credit card details page. Here you can check over your order and edit your shipping details if they are incorrect. Once you are satisfied that all of the details are correct, simply enter your credit card details and click only once on the "Process Order" button. When you enter your address and your credit card details, all your information is encrypted for safe transmission through our SSL server and goes directly to our bank. Our staff only have access to your order and delivery details. See our Security section for full details.

Over the Phone by Credit Card:

If you prefer, you may order by phone. It is a good idea to go through steps 1 and 2 above and click through to the credit card details page simply to print it off if you wish. This way, you will have the full details of your order in front of you when you call. Simply call +61 2 743 1235 and one of our friendly customer service team will be happy to take your order. Our lines are staffed 9.00 am to 5.00 pm (AEST) Monday to Saturday. Not open on Sunday. If you get our messaging service, please leave a message for us with your name and contact details and we will call you back.

Australia Post Money Order or Cheque or Credit Card:

It is possible to place an order by post and enclose your credit card details, a cheque or money order for payment. However, you do run the risk of items in your order becoming unavailable by the time your order is received through the post. If you do wish to use this method of ordering, please print off your order from the web site as outlined in steps 1 and 2 above and post it with your cheque, money order or credit card details to

Please also make sure that you include your daytime telephone number and email address so that a customer service representative may contact you if an item has become unavailable. You may then choose an alternative item.

Fax Order with Credit Card details:

You may fax your order through to +61 2 9743 3872. Again, please print off your order from the web site as outlined in steps 1 and 2 above, add your credit card details, daytime phone number and email address and fax it through.

It is important to remember that when you place your order by Credit Card or Paypal, your payment to incurrs a charge by Paypal Australia to process it before we receive the amount. So therefore, if for some reason you choose to cancel your order and you request a refund, we will gladly refund your payment within 30 days of receiving and it will be less the charge that NaughtyBits.com.au incurr by Paypal Australia. Please note that we MUST receive your payment within Seven (7) business days of placing your order. If we do not receive payment from you, we will be forced to send your order to a debt collector. The reason being is that you have made a purchase and we have sent you an invoice through our online shop and you have gone through the process of ordering.
 
By ordering through our online store, you have made a contract to purchase our product. We have spent time processing your application and spent moneys to purchase your goods. Order cancellations will only be accepted and recognised within 24 hours of the time and the date on which the order is placed.
