Being a NaughtyBits Registered Party Consultant operates like any other commission based business. You pay a bond to us for a Demonstration Kit that includes:

 NaughtyBits products, printed party catalogues & promotional material
 NaughtyBits business cards &
 NaughtyBits order forms
 
Your Business Cards will have:
 
 Your name
 Your own email (yourname@naughtybits.com.au)
 Your mobile number
 Title of "Party Consultant"
 NaughtyBits Party Planner ID (6 digit reference number)
 
The bond that you pay to us for your Demonstration Kit is $360.00 (inc. GST). Note that this bond is refundable upon completion of your time as a NaughtyBits Registered Party Consultant. You will receive your full $360.00 (inc. GST) back in full if there is no damage done to the kit that you use and upon receipt by us of the kit.
 
Your NaughtyBits Registered Party Consultant kit also contains Express Post satchels for the order forms that your customers fill in. You then place these into the Express Post bag and send it to us to ensure swift turnaround of your orders. Note that periodically we change some of the products in the bags and so we will ask you to return certain items and we will replace these.
 
When you have received your NaughtyBits Registered Party Consultant Demonstration Kit, you are then ready to start selling our high quality products. NaughtyBits.com.au has a strict code of conduct that all contractors and employees must adhere to - Chiefly the most important part is to not sell to persons less than 18 years of age. NaughtyBits.com.au also asks that you maintain the NaughtyBits Registered Party Consultant Demonstration Kit in a clean and presentable condition because this helps you with making more sales and if we receive back any damaged or unusable toys from your kit upon completion of your agreement with us or during the time of your retain, the cost of these products will come from your bond.
 
Most important is to always be positive and happy in the pursuit of your role as a NaughtyBits Registered Party Consultant because this subject is still a taboo to some people and our goal is to bring people out of their shells. If you smile, so will they!

Our process is very simple:

	Fill in the application form to register to become a Registered Party Consultant
	Discuss with our Sales Team about becoming a Registered Party Consultant
	If accepted as a Registered Party Consultant, you pay a bond for your Demonstration Kit
	A party date is set that you attend as a Registered Party Consultant
	Every week, you submit an invoice for the finalised orders placed through you
	We then make payment to you on a weekly basis once payments have been cleared

As a NaughtyBits Registered Party Consultant, you are NOT an employee (part time, casual or permanent) but rather you are paid as a subcontractor holding an Australian Business Number (ABN) of NaughtyBits.com.au. Your income is commission of the finalised sales less GST from each party that you plan and attend. A base commission of 15% is paid to all NaughtyBits Registered Party Consultants and as your sales increase, so does your commission.

So if a party has finalised sales of $1000.00 less GST i.e. the GST is $90.91 and the remaining amount is $909.10, then your commission is $136.37 and if another party has $1500.00 and the GST is $136.36 and the remaining amount is $1363.64 in finalised sales, then your commission is $272.73.
 
As a NaughtyBits Registered Party Consultant, you are also in the running for prizes and giveaways - Everything from gift hampers from our partner companies to holidays.
 
It also depends on how much you sell and promote the brand of NaughtyBits.com.au.


 An Australian Business Number (ABN) *
 A background in sales or retail is preferable
 Hard working, honest and enthusiastic.
 18 years or older.
 A reliable car (preferred for your own convenience)
 A phone (home or mobile etc)
 A level of comfort in order to talk to people in a public place about Adult Products.

* If you earn over $75,000 AUD per year you will need to claim GST on all commissions made through NaughtyBits.com.au.
